GoElite ensures that projects are successful, with a focus on quality. Through consistent communication and user research, we make sure we get things right the first time. A typical technical project looks like this:

1. Discovery
   We will make sure we obtain a thorough understanding of what you want and need, now and in the future.
   
2. Deep Dive
   We create accurate, detailed specifications for what should to be done using documents, images, prototypes, and user research.
   
3. Allocation
   We allocate the exact people needed, with the specific skills that will make your project a resounding success.
   
4. Iteration
   We start and continue the project, repeating step 2 and 3 throughout the process. Things stay significantly more on-track than what you may be used to.
   
5. Quality Assurance
   We do Quality Assurance and Acceptance Testing to ensure that everything goes beyond expectations. This step is even easier if you have been using our user research, user experience, and ongoing QA services.
   
6. Completion
   You sign off and the project is complete. Congratulations!
   
7. Delivery
   You have the option to either let us handle any required hosting or have everything transferred to you.

Projects

GoElite has a few sample projects that can serve as examples of what we can do:

An interface and WordPress site for an online magazine. There was a heavy focus on imagery and clean design to get the appropriate effect.

A research project performed by a successful incubator. For this project, we provided user experience, design, project management, and product management. We also supplied training for the developers in areas that they did not have experience.

Created a product roadmap, and the technical specifications to make that roadmap happen, for a funded media startup. Hired two in-house developers and managed both in-house and previously existing offshore developers for this startup.

An internal tool for a financial company for desktop, tablet, and mobile. For something like this, a lot of attention needs to be paid to what the user needs to see first, as well as organizing related data, customizability, and creating simplicity out of complexity.
